Refund Policy Overview
At MoneyMate, we have a no-refund policy for all MoneyMate subscriptions. Once your subscription renews, charges are deemed non-refundable.
Upcoming Renewal:
Your MoneyMate subscription is set to renew monthly. To ensure clarity, we will provide a reminder seven days before your renewal date.
Customer Support:
Should you need to adjust your subscription or halt automatic billing, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team at support@ehmoneymate.com. To facilitate timely processing, kindly submit your request no later than 3 days before the renewal date.
How to Stop Automatic Billing:
- Email support@ehmoneymate.com.
- Subject: Stop Automatic Billing – MoneyMate Subscription
- Provide your full name, username, email address, and a brief reason for the request.
Upon receipt, our Customer Support team will acknowledge your request and will process it.
Important Note:
Failure to contact Customer Support within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic renewal of your MoneyMate subscription, with charges remaining non-refundable. Thank you for choosing MoneyMate; your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy are greatly appreciated.
