Refund Policy Overview
At MoneyMate, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Once your subscription renews, we are unable to issue refunds.
Renewals Made Clear
MoneyMate subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. We’ll send you a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date, so you have time to make changes if needed.

If you’d like to update your subscription or cancel automatic billing, our Customer Support team is ready to help. Just reach out at support@ehmoneymate.com at least 3 days before your renewal date to ensure your request is processed on time.
How to Cancel Automatic Billing:

- Use the subject line: Stop Automatic Billing – MoneyMate Subscription
Include your full name, the email address subscribed, and a brief note explaining your request
Once we receive your email, our team will confirm and process the cancellation.

If we don’t receive your cancellation request in time, your subscription will renew automatically, and charges will remain non-refundable.
